Q1. Corona Virus has impacted the school education everywhere in the world , When will school reopen ?
Ans: As of today , 29 July 2020 , there is still lockdown in Manipur , so schools are not allowed to open yet. We are following Govt. instructions very strictly , hence we are waiting from state administration to allow us to open again. At the moment , school is not open but Online Class is going on.
Q2. Does that mean that school is not functioning at all ?
Ans : No , school is functioning at very minimum staff strength for administrative purposes and new admission. So we are open from 10 AM to 2 PM on working days. At the same time , Online Class is going on which are conducted by teachers from their respective home.
Q3. Is Slopeland Public School a full boarding residential school , with no daycholar ?
Ans: Yes , it is fully residential school. However , school allows day school upto Class of 8 , who are from neighboring locality of the school.
Q4. Does Slopeland Public School provide fully sponsored scholarship / free education to any students ?
Ans: Yes , we provide free education for two category of students:-
i) Manipuri diaspora living in Myanmar , Tripura , Bangladesh, etc to these students , after following thorough screening process , they are given fully 100% scholarship , which cover school fee , boarding fee , any form of fee. Uniform and books are also provided for diaspora from Myanmar ( international students ).
ii ) students from the neighboring villages , esp the students from Langthabal village ( which is adopted by school as part of Social Responsibilities program ) are provided free education by exempting full school tuition fee , any form of fees related to school.
Q5. How do old students , former students , or current students can apply / take school documents like CBSE result - marksheets , migration & transfer certificate , from the school ?
Ans: Traditionally , documents from CBSE like marksheets and other certificates are given out as soon as the results are out , particularly for Class 10 & Class 12 ( Science / Arts / Commerce ) , it takes around two weeks time to receive the physical documents to school. Some students does not take it for long time , even for years . For those students , you can request through e-mail ( at slopelandpublicschool@yahoo.com ) by submitting your admit card ( for the board final exam ). For any other related request / query for documents like marksheets & certificates , you can write at the above given e-mail address.

23rd Foundation Day cum Farewell for the Class of 2025
Slopeland Public School will celebrate its 23rd Foundation Day cum Farewell for the Class of 2025 ( for passing out Class 12 students ) on 2nd February 2025 , Sunday.
There will be Prizes Distribution for the winners of the State Level Creative Painting Competition held on 25 January 2025 at Slopeland Campus.
The winners were personally invited through calls & through whatsapp as well. You can also find the List of the winners of each of the four category in this website as well for your reference.
